In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product for a replacement or refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:

A valid order confirmation number from https://thebluetoothbeanie.com/ must accompany your return request.

Returned products must be unopened and in like-new resalable condition.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase.

Once your return request is approved, thebluetoothbeanie will issue you an RMA# to include with your return. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.

Your RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.

All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of an RMA# issuance.

Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning product to thebluetoothbeanie. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any items purchased with a promotion code will be refunded as per the value after the promo code was applied.

Holiday Returns Policy
Items shipped by thebluetoothbeanie.com between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed above.
